As your host in Seattle, TIP is here to help you obtain the proper visa to attend FYUZ 2026. Based on your individual situation, there are options available to you:
Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA)
This automated system is used to determine the eligibility of visitors to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) and whether such travel poses any law enforcement or security risk. You may apply for the ESTA if you reside in one of the countries eligible under the VWP.
The average processing time for the ESTA is 20-30 minutes. You can apply individually, or as a member of a group.
B-1 Visitor Visa
If you are not traveling from a country that is eligible under ESTA, you can apply for B-1 Visitor Visa.
To apply for a U.S. B-1 (Temporary Business Visitor) visa, you must complete the online DS-160 form, pay the visa fee, schedule and attend an interview at a U.S. embassy or consulate, and bring your valid passport, DS-160 confirmation, photo, and documents proving your legitimate business purpose, funds, and strong ties to your home country to ensure your return.
The average processing time for the application will vary depending on your country of residence, so be sure to check your country's US Consulate website for accurate information. We recommend starting the process as early as possible.
